Cancellation Policy -- All regular bookings must be cancelled by 2pm on the day prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charge of the first night.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROGRAM

This program has been developed to ensure we have strict controls in our hotel, in line with government policy and public health announcements during these unprecedented times.

We are committed in putting every effort into making your experience with us as comfortable as possible and we will continue to monitor these strict controls in order that we can keep our Guests, Employees and Local Community safe.

1. Physical Distancing. Guests will be advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least 2 metres away from other groups of people not traveling with them while standing in lines, using lifts or moving around the property. Restaurant tables and other physical layouts will be arranged to ensure appropriate distancing.

2. Hand Sanitizer. Hand sanitizer dispensers, touchless whenever possible, will be placed at key guest and employee entrances and contact areas such as reception desks, restaurant entrances, meeting and conference areas, swimming pools and exercise areas.

3. Front of the House Signage. There will be health and hygiene reminders throughout the property including the physical distancing floor markers for the 2 metres rule.

4. COVID-19 Training. All employees will receive training on COVID-19 safety and hygiene protocols with more comprehensive training for our teams with frequent guest contact including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Hotel Reception and Hotel Operations.

5. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Appropriate PPE will be worn by all employees based on their role and responsibilities. Training on how to properly use and dispose of all PPE will be mandatory. Gloves will be provided to employees whose responsibilities require them including housekeeping and public area attendants and any other employees in direct contact with guests. Cotton Masks are provided for those Employees who are not in a position in their job role to adopt social distancing rules.

6. Cleaning Products and Protocols. Our hotel uses a hospital grade disinfectant such as Super Professional Antiviral Disinfectant to clean public areas and guestrooms which ensures that all areas are fully disinfected. Our employees who are doing this extra stringent cleaning tasks are provided with the correct PPE.

7. Public/Shared Areas Cleaning. Dedicated employees will sanitize all public areas the following at least once per hour and these include Guest lifts doors and call buttons, Handrails, Front of House toilets and hotel entry doors

8. Restaurants and Bars. Our restaurants and bars will operate with reduced seating capacities to allow for social distancing between each seated party of guests. Table capacities will be as per Government guidelines. Breakfast self-serve buffet style food service will be suspended and replaced by alternative service styles

9.Guest Health Concerns. Our management teams are ready to provide support to our guests who may not be feeling well. Any Guests who are exhibiting any of the symptoms of COVID-19 while at the property are instructed to immediately contact the hotel front desk.

10. Fresh Air and Air Conditioning Units. Where possible, we will provide natural fresh air flows through the building. All air conditioning units in shared public spaces will be disabled and not in use.
